You will receive a tracking number once it has been sent out. We pack all artworks securely and send everything by Royal Mail next day special delivery. We hope you love your artwork, but in the case of wanting a return, you have 14 days to return it to us, in the same condition as it was sent out and you are responsible for posting it back to us by recorded delivery.
