Artworks are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK/Europe, in 2 to 5 days to North America and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Additional customs and tax may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We pack all artworks securely and send everything by Royal Mail next day special delivery. We hope you love your artwork, but in the case of wanting a return, you have 14 days to return it to us, in the same condition as it was sent out and you are responsible for posting it back to us by recorded delivery. Julie-Ann’s paintings show a personal mythology wrought from folktales and song, mystic practices, strange anecdotes and observations from long walks in the Scottish landscape. Her work borrows motifs and archetypes from both the storyteller and diviner; the people, animals and plants present acting as intermediaries between us and the otherworld as glimpsed in these dreamlike environments.
